2010 PARK RULES
1. When opening a trailer in the spring, all trailers, if possible, must be flushed on top of the ground (antifreeze).
2. One family per campsite. One family is considered to be two adults and their unmarried children still living at home.
Anyone else staying at your site is considered a guest; this includes your parents, siblings, friends of your
children (over the age of three), extended family, and friends.
3. All season campers are responsible for their guests to know the rules and be registered at the office. There will be no
charges for guests visiting season campers during the day, except holiday weekends, but all overnight guests over the
age of three will be charged $5 per person ($7 per person on holiday weekends, whether daily guests or overnight
guests). Unless other arrangements are made with us, all guests must register and pay at the office upon
arrival or you will be charged.
4. You must park on your own lot.
5. No subletting of trailer unless agreed upon by the management
6. One boat per season lot. All boat trailers must be taken home or stored with us for the season after docking your boat
in the spring. They may not be left on the grounds.
7. Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. (Michigan time) and is strictly enforced. All minor children under the age of 18 must be
with their parents or guardians by 11:00 p.m. Excessive drinking and noisy parties are prohibited. Fireworks are not
permitted.
8. Speed limit is not to exceed 5mph. THIS IS TO BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES AND WILL BE ENFORCED!
9. All garbage must be put in plastic bags and sealed, then put into the garbage hopper. PLEASE BREAK DOWN ALL
BOXES. Aluminum cans are to be put in the appropriate barrel beside the garbage hopper.
10. Please keep your lot mowed, trimmed, and neat in appearance weekly. In the event you do not mow your lot before
going home for the week and we feel it necessary, we will mow your lot for you and bill you accordingly.
11. One refrigerator per campsite…PLEASE KEEP IT DEFROSTED. Electric heaters, outside refrigerators, indoor mini
refrigerators, and washers and dryers are not permitted.
12. On all holiday weekends and extremely hot days, hot water heaters MUST be turned to the propane setting. Electric
hot water heaters are to be turned off when trailers are not occupied.
13. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ON OR BY THE BEACH. Please do not discard cigarette butts or garbage of any kind
on the ground.
14. Pets must be cleaned up after, kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet in length, and they MUST be kept quiet. No pets
on the beach or in the swimming area at any time.

the table after use.
16. Air conditioning is $3 per unit/per day when used any one given day. Please pay as used, on the honor system.
17. Decks may be constructed on your lot at your own expense, but may NOT be moved if you leave the park or change
lots. Decks are to be 8 feet in width and run the length of your camper (max. 32’). ALL DECKS ARE TO BE
MAINTAINED (stained, cleaned, old boards replaced, etc.).
18. All air conditioning units are to be cleaned upon opening in the spring and after cotton season in the summer.
19. Seasonal campers shall be no more than 5 years old at the date of entry into the campground unless other
arrangements are made in advance with management.
20. New campers shall be no longer than 32’ in length from the TIP of the tongue (or front bubble for 5th wheels) to the
BACK of the bumper. Please be aware most campers’ measurements are posted using cabin length only. It is
recommended that you measure any new camper yourself to ensure it meets the length requirements. Anything over
this will be refused entry into the campgrounds. This is the maximum length for any lot; some lots require shorter
campers. Before purchasing a new camper, you must first check with management to confirm the maximum length
allowed for your lot.
21. In the event you would like to move to a different lot in the future, you must fill out a “New Lot Request Form” which
can be obtained from the store/office. Otherwise, we will have no way of knowing if you’d like to move when lots
become available.
22. In the event you decide to leave the campgrounds anytime after May 1st and not fulfill your seasonal commitment, lot
rent will revert to the weekly rate ($200/wk.) for each week of your stay beginning May 1st through the date of your
departure, up to a maximum of your pre-paid seasonal lot rent; any credit shall be refunded to you.
23. By the close of the season (October 15th), everything must be cleaned out from under and around campers (tables,
chairs, bikes, grills, wood, etc.)
24. Golf carts will be allowed in the event of a handicap or permanent physical impairment which inhibits walking, but
must be pre-approved by owners. All carts must be driven by the individual with the impairment and his/her spouse
only, not family or friends.
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Owners will not be
responsible for accidents or injury suffered by guests, nor for loss of money or valuables of any description.
